1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TransIQ Exchange you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the app.
2. About TransIQ Exchange
TransIQ Exchange is an independent Deriv payment agent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Deriv.com Limited. We facilitate M-Pesa deposits and withdrawals for existing Deriv account holders.
3. Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid Deriv real-money account
- Must have a registered Safaricom M-Pesa line
- Must be located in Kenya
4. User Responsibilities
- Keep your API token confidential
- Ensure your M-Pesa number is correct before transacting
- You are responsible for all transactions made from your account
- Do not use the app for money laundering or fraud
5. Transaction Limits & Fees
- Minimum and maximum limits apply per transaction
- Limits are shown in the app before each transaction
- Withdrawal fee: 1.5% of transaction amount
- Deposits are free of charge
- Exchange rates are set by us and shown before each transaction
6. Transaction Finality
- Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed
- Always verify the amount before confirming
- TransIQ Exchange is not liable for user errors
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
- Maintenance windows may temporarily affect service
- We are not responsible for Deriv or M-Pesa downtime
8. Account Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Suspected fraud will result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities
9. Limitation of Liability
- TransIQ Exchange is not liable for trading losses
- We are not liable for delays caused by M-Pesa or Deriv
- Our liability is limited to the transaction amount
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
